Appropriates $250,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of transportation for a grant to Albion Township for culvert improvement design, construction, and equipment.

Culvert improvements are located approximately one mile north of the intersection of Hoyt Avenue and Wright County State-Aid Highway 35.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $250,000 to provide funding for the appropriation.

Bond issuance and sale procedures follow Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and Minnesota Constitution article XI, sections 4 to 7.

Becomes effective the day following final enactment.
