Appropriates funds from the general fund to the Department of Education for fiscal year 2025 for a community-centered after-school literacy incentive pilot program.

Designates Independent School District No. 625, St. Paul as fiscal agent, partnering with Westside Boosters to implement programs at Riverview, Maxfield, Humboldt, and Central Schools, with possible inclusion of other schools, libraries, and community organizations.

Authorizes reading incentives including pizza slice vouchers for reading books, book vending machine placement and operation, and high school graduation rewards.

Requires a report by January 15, 2027 detailing program spending and describing the effectiveness of after-school literacy engagement and student literacy outcomes to be submitted to legislative committees with jurisdiction over prekindergarten through grade 12 education.

Establishes this as a onetime appropriation available until June 30, 2027.
