Adds "registered nurse - supervisor" to the list of nursing positions eligible for the Minnesota State Retirement System correctional state employees retirement plan, effective on the first day of the first payroll period after enactment and applying to prospective service only.

Requires at least 75 percent of eligible nursing employees' working time to be spent in direct contact with inmates or patients, certified by the appropriate commissioner.

Removes "group supervisor" and "group supervisor assistant" positions from the Department of Human Services personnel list under subdivision 3f, as these positions are already covered under subdivision 3c nursing personnel.

Renumbers the remaining 36 Department of Human Services personnel positions in the covered correctional service list to reflect the removal of group supervisor positions.
