Appropriates $1,800,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for road improvements in Dodge Center and Wasioja Township

Authorizes grants to design and construct improvements to approximately 5,100 feet of Airport Drive along the border between Dodge Center and Wasioja Township, reconstructing it as a rural section road with wider surface and improved ditch slopes

Authorizes a grant to Dodge Center to design and construct improvements to approximately one mile of North Street between Airport Drive and County Road 7 as a rural section asphalt road with improved drainage

Directs the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $1,800,000 to fund the appropriation

Takes effect the day following final enactment
