Prohibits landlords who allow dogs on premises from advertising properties in ways designed to discourage applications because of a dog's breed

Prohibits landlords from refusing occupancy, refusing to negotiate, or denying occupancy based on a dog's breed if the dog would otherwise be allowed on the premises

Prohibits landlords from requiring tenants or occupants to relinquish a dog due to breed if the dog is otherwise permitted on the premises

Authorizes civil penalties of up to $1,000 per advertisement for violations of advertising restrictions and up to $1,000 per animal for violations of occupancy or relinquishment restrictions

Allows city attorneys, county attorneys, and the attorney general to bring district court actions for injunctive relief and to enforce civil penalties
