Appropriates $5,700,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of St. Joseph for sewer main improvements.

Funds will support property acquisition and predesign, design, construction, and equipment of wastewater collection system expansions and related infrastructure.

Improvements are intended to support economic development and workforce housing in St. Joseph.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $5,700,000 to fund the appropriation.

Effective the day following final enactment.
