Adds hasenpfeffer to the list of authorized card games that may be played in tournaments or contests under Minnesota's "social skill game" exemption to gambling prohibitions.

Requires tournaments or contests to meet all existing requirements: no direct financial benefit to promoter or organizer, maximum prize value of $200 per tournament or contest, and compliance with Texas hold'em specific rules where applicable.

For Texas hold'em tournaments, maintains existing restrictions including prohibition on participants under 18 years of age, no entry fees allowed, and maximum $200 daily prize per individual winner at a single location.

Requires organizers or promoters to provide reasonable accommodations for players with disabilities, including visible card announcements to the entire table and Braille cards for blind players.

Becomes effective the day following final enactment.
