$1,797,000 appropriated from bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of transportation for a grant to the city of Crosby for reconstruction of 1st Street North between 3rd Avenue West and 3rd Avenue East.

Funds cover predesign, design, construction, and reconstruction of deteriorating infrastructure including improvements to curb and gutter, sidewalks, storm sewer system, and ADA-compliant improvements.

Commissioner of management and budget authorized to sell and issue state bonds up to $1,797,000 in accordance with Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and Minnesota Constitution article XI, sections 4 to 7.

Effective the day following final enactment.
