Increases minimum liability insurance coverage from $30,000/$60,000/$10,000 to $60,000/$120,000/$20,000 for bodily injury to one person, two or more persons, and property damage respectively.

Raises uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage minimums from $25,000/$50,000 to $50,000/$100,000 for one person and two or more persons in any accident.

Requires motorcycle insurance policies to include uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage with the same minimum limits as motor vehicle policies.

Adds written notice requirement for motorcycle insurance applications without personal injury protection coverage, informing applicants that PIP coverage from auto policies does not extend to motorcycle accidents.

Effective August 1, 2024, applies to policies offered, issued, or renewed on or after that date.
