Amends Laws 2023, chapter 71, article 1, section 14, subdivision 13 to modify a prior appropriation for a capital project in Chisholm.

Changes the project title from "Film Facility" to "Chisholm City Hall" while maintaining the $2,040,000 grant amount.

Grants funds to the city of Chisholm to design, engineer, and renovate Chisholm City Hall located at 316 West Lake Street.

Removes reference to the facility being converted "into a filmmaking and film education facility" from the bill language.

Effective the day following final enactment.
