Prohibits the Office of Cannabis Management from approving cannabis products, lower-potency hemp edibles, or hemp-derived consumer products that resemble lollipops, ice cream, or bear likenesses of people, animals, or fruits.

Bans approval of products modeled after brands primarily consumed by or marketed to children, or substantively similar to meat, poultry, or dairy products.

Prohibits products containing synthetic cannabinoids or made by applying cannabinoids to finished non-cannabis foods like candy or snacks.

Requires edible cannabis products and lower-potency hemp edibles to contain only ingredients approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

Prohibits inhalable cannabis flower and products with added flavoring (artificial, synthetic, or natural), flavor descriptors, or distinguishable tastes or sensations other than natural cannabis.
