Adds a new definition of "forest land" as land with at least 10 percent tree cover that will reach 13 feet at maturity and shows evidence of natural tree regeneration.

Allows property owners to prohibit outdoor recreation using purple paint marks on trees, posts, or permanent objects as an alternative to posting signs.

Requires purple marks to be vertical lines at least 8 inches long and 1 inch wide, positioned 3-5 feet from the ground, and spaced no more than 100 feet apart on forest land or 1,000 feet apart on other land.

Updates the law on retrieving wounded game to reference both posted and marked land under the new marking provisions.

Requires the revisor of statutes to renumber an existing subdivision for administrative organization purposes.
