$12,000,000 appropriated from bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to the city of Brooklyn Park to construct, furnish, and equip a new addition to the Brooklyn Park community activity center, including multicourt gymnasium space.

Commissioner of management and budget authorized to sell and issue state bonds up to $12,000,000 according to Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and Minnesota Constitution article XI, sections 4 to 7.

Amends Laws 2023, chapter 71, article 1, section 14, subdivision 10 to describe project scope including multicourt gymnasium, entrance improvements for ADA compliance, exterior improvements for community event space, and a parking facility.

Effective the day following final enactment.
