Requires county auditors to provide copies of petitions to the county assessor, county treasurer, and county attorney within 30 days if not already provided.

Mandates county auditors send a list of petitioned properties to school boards by July 1, including petitioner name, property identification number, and estimated market value.

Maintains existing filing deadline of April 30 for petitioners to file petition copies and proof of service with the district court office, with transfer to Tax Court available.
