Amends Minnesota Statutes section 13.32, subdivision 3, to add a new exception allowing disclosure of educational data to Tribal nations about Tribally enrolled or descendant students.

Permits school districts and charter schools to share educational data with Tribal nations to the extent necessary to support the educational attainment of qualifying students.

Data disclosure to Tribal nations applies specifically to students who are Tribally enrolled or descendants of Tribal nations.

Establishes this data sharing as an authorized exception to the general rule that educational data is private and cannot be disclosed without specific authorization.
