Amends Minnesota Statutes section 121A.15, subdivision 3 to allow child care centers and family child care providers to adopt policies regarding immunizations.

Permits child care centers licensed under chapter 245A and Minnesota Rules chapter 9503, and family child care providers licensed under chapter 245A and Minnesota Rules chapter 9502, to prohibit enrollment of children over two months old who have not been immunized according to state requirements.

Clarifies that the religious/conscientious belief exemption from immunization requirements does not apply to children in licensed child care centers or family child care programs.

Maintains existing exemptions for specific age groups and medical conditions, including persons seven years or older for pertussis, 18 years or older for poliomyelitis, and under 15 months for measles, rubella, and mumps.
