Requires the State Canvassing Board to declare as duly elected the candidates who received the highest number of votes for each federal and state office upon completion of the canvass.

The State Canvassing Board shall meet at a public meeting space in the Capitol complex area on the third Tuesday following the state general election to canvass county canvassing board reports.

The board must prepare a report stating the number of individuals voting in the state and each county, votes received by each candidate by county, and votes on constitutional amendments by county.

All State Canvassing Board members must sign the report and certify its correctness, with results declared within three days after completing the canvass.

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 204C.33, subdivision 3.
