Exempts sewage septic tank trucks performing emergency pumping services from standard vehicle weight limitations under Minnesota Statutes sections 169.823 and 169.826-169.828, increasing weight limits by 10 percent under section 169.824 when transporting sewage from a single service point to unloading point.

Defines "emergency pumping services" as response to uncontrolled seepage of septic system contents, damage or malfunction requiring system emptying for repair, or conditions creating immediate hazards to health, welfare, or safety.

Eliminates permit requirements for vehicles operated under this exemption and exempts them from seasonal weight increases, but requires compliance with bridge load limits and manufacturer's gross vehicle weight ratings.

Prohibits operation of exempted vehicles on interstate highways and applies exemption only to trucks used exclusively to transport sewage from septic or holding tanks.

Adds sewage septic tank trucks performing emergency pumping services (not exceeding 20,000 pounds per single axle) to the list of vehicles exempt from weight restrictions in section 169.87, subdivision 6, effective June 1, 2023.
