Increases payment rates for home health aide visits by 14 percent effective January 1, 2024, or upon federal approval, whichever is later, from rates in effect on December 31, 2023

Increases payment rates for respiratory therapy and home health services and home care nursing services (except home health aide visits) by 55 percent effective January 1, 2024, or upon federal approval, whichever is later, from rates in effect on December 31, 2023

Requires the commissioner of human services to apply annual rate increases under Minnesota Statutes sections 256B.0653 and 256B.0654 to the rates resulting from these percentage increases

Applies to medical assistance reimbursement rates administered by the Minnesota Department of Human Services
