Honors Forster Davis for his 50+ year career as a youth soccer referee beginning in 1974 in the Fargo/Moorhead area.

Recognized as a founding referee for the Schwan's USA Cup tournament in 1985, where he refereed between 10-25 games annually and reached his 600th game at the tournament by 2015.

Inducted into the Minnesota State Referee Committee Hall of Fame in 2013 and honored at the USA Cup Opening Ceremonies in 2017 for 30+ years of service to the tournament.

Refereed year-round for both outdoor and indoor soccer throughout Minnesota, estimated to have worked over 10,000 games and logged more than 60,000 miles during his career before retiring in 2022 at age 84.

Secretary of the Senate is directed to prepare an enrolled copy of the resolution and transmit it to Forster Davis' son, Robert Davis.
