Obstetric, gynecologic, primary care, and mental health services reimbursed under the resource-based relative value scale must equal at least 100% of the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule

Inpatient behavioral health services at DRG-paid hospitals must receive increased payments starting January 1, 2028, with corresponding increases to managed care capitation rates

Repeals the existing statute that paid masters-prepared mental health professionals at 80% of doctoral-prepared rates, effective January 1, 2027
