Guarantees parents the right to choose private, religious, or home school as alternatives to public education

Protects parents' right to make "reasonable choices" within public schools for their child

Prohibits the state from infringing on these parental education rights

Requires the proposed constitutional amendment to be submitted to voters at the 2026 general election
