Adds occupational therapy services as eligible for children's mental health grants for children with emotional disturbances under section 245.4889

Establishes qualification requirements for occupational therapists (480 hours supervised work experience in behavioral health) and occupational therapy assistants (320 hours supervised work experience) to provide services in behavioral health settings

Defines occupational therapy services in behavioral health to include screening, evaluation, intervention, and consultation for skills such as daily living, sensory integration, cognitive/psychosocial functioning, educational participation, work skills, and community mobility

Authorizes occupational therapists and occupational therapy assistants to be included on treatment teams for intensive residential treatment, residential crisis stabilization, assertive community treatment (ACT), adult day treatment, psychiatric residential treatment facilities, and Youth ACT programs

Adds occupational therapy services as a covered service component under children's therapeutic services and supports (CTSS), allowing occupational therapists to provide skills training alongside mental health professionals and practitioners
