Repeals Minnesota Statutes section 62V.11, subdivisions 1, 2, 4, and 5, eliminating the MNsure Legislative Oversight Committee

Removes the 10-member bipartisan committee (5 senators, 5 representatives) that provided oversight of MNsure's implementation and operations

Eliminates the requirement for annual review of MNsure operations and policy recommendations to the board and legislature

Ends the committee's review of MNsure's annual budget submissions (due by March 31 each year) and quarterly reports on Minnesota eligibility system funding and expenditures
