Repeals the Driver and Vehicle Systems Oversight Committee, a legislative body established in 2019 to monitor Minnesota's transition from MNLARS to the new Vehicle Title and Registration System (VTRS)

The committee being abolished consisted of members from Senate Finance, House Ways and Means, and transportation finance committees from both chambers

Eliminates quarterly reporting requirements that mandated the Commissioners of Public Safety and MN.IT to submit progress updates on MNLARS decommissioning and VTRS implementation

The oversight committee was originally set to expire six months after full VTRS implementation; this bill terminates it immediately through repeal
