Reduces required professional experience for board members from 10 years to 5 years, and responsible charge experience from 5 years to 2 years for architects, engineers, land surveyors, landscape architects, geoscientists, and certified interior designers

Eliminates the minimum age requirement of 25 years and removes "good moral character and repute" as licensing criteria, replacing with compliance with Rules of Professional Conduct

Reduces temporary military license fee from $132 to $0 for architecture, engineering, geosciences, land surveying, landscape architecture, and interior design

Changes reciprocity standard for out-of-state licensees from "equal, in the opinion of the board" to "substantially equivalent as established in rules by the board"

Expands service of board orders to include first class mail and overnight express mail, and authorizes the board to take action against persons with lapsed licenses within two years of the license becoming ineffective
