Mandates that local repositories dispose of drugs and supplies not suitable for donation or dispensing according to existing disposal procedures

Appropriates $900,000 annually from the general fund to the Board of Pharmacy for medication repository program contracts in fiscal years 2026-2027, with the same base funding continuing through fiscal year 2029
