Appropriates $500,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $500,000 in fiscal year 2027 from the arts and cultural heritage fund for grants to county agricultural societies

Grants must be distributed equally among all 95 county fairs (approximately $5,263 per fair annually)

Funding supports projects and events that enhance arts access and education and preserve Minnesota's agricultural, historical, and cultural heritage at county fairs

Commissioner of Agriculture must develop grant-making criteria and seek input from all interested parties

Grants are in addition to existing aid distributions to county agricultural societies under Minnesota Statutes, section 38.02
