Establishes a disability services technology and advocacy expansion grant to support assistive technology, remote support services, and advocacy efforts for people with disabilities in Minnesota

Eligible grantees must be statewide nonprofit organizations with demonstrated knowledge of assistive technology and proven capacity to provide education and training

Grant funds must be used for training programs, advocacy support, accessible resource creation, research on emerging assistive technology, and outreach to underserved and rural populations

Appropriates $500,000 annually from the general fund for fiscal years 2026 through 2030, with funding ending in fiscal year 2031

Requires annual reports to the legislature by June 30 on training numbers and technology impact, plus a final evaluation within three months of the grant period ending
