Amends Minnesota Statutes section 145.4718 to change the reporting schedule for the Safe Harbor for Sexually Exploited Youth program evaluation from every two years to each odd-numbered year by September 1

Director of child sex trafficking prevention must submit evaluations to the Commissioner of Health and chairs and ranking minority members of senate and house committees with jurisdiction over health and public safety

Evaluations must assess whether the program reaches intended victims and whether support services are available, accessible, and adequate for sexually exploited youth

Required evaluation outcomes include identification of sexually exploited youth, coordination of investigations, access to services and housing, and effectiveness of services

Evaluations must examine how penalties under section 609.3241 are assessed, collected, and distributed to fund investigation, prosecution, and victim services
