Appropriates $18,000,000 from bond proceeds to the Commissioner of Natural Resources for reforestation on state forest lands, covering native seeds and seedlings, planting, seeding, site preparation, and protection

Allocates up to $8,000,000 of the total appropriation for forest stand improvement and treatment of emerald ash borer and spruce budworm infestations on state forest lands

Authorizes the Commissioner of Management and Budget to sell and issue up to $18,000,000 in state bonds to fund the appropriation
