Amends Minnesota Statutes section 256I.04, subdivision 2b, governing housing support agreements between agencies and providers

Removes the ability for agencies to terminate housing support agreements "without cause," now requiring cause for termination (with two calendar months prior notice still required)

Adds new restrictions prohibiting agencies from refusing to enter housing support agreements or limiting their availability based on the type of medical assistance or publicly funded program a potential resident receives

Prohibits agencies from denying agreements based solely on an establishment's size, capacity, location, zoning classification, or building type (unless otherwise prohibited under existing law)
