Expands training pathways for Community First Services and Supports (CFSS) workers to qualify for enhanced reimbursement rates when serving participants who need 10+ hours of daily care

Adds two new acceptable training options beyond existing Medicare home health aide/nursing assistant requirements: alternative state-approved training programs, or individualized training from the participant's personal health care provider, worker training professional, or responsible party

Retains existing requirement that enhanced-rate services must be provided to participants qualifying for 10 or more hours per day of CFSS

Effective date is July 1, 2025, or upon federal approval, whichever is later; commissioner must notify the revisor of statutes when federal approval is obtained
