$10,800,000 appropriated from bond proceeds to the commissioner of transportation for a grant to Dakota County, the city of Lakeville, or both for the Interstate 35 interchange project

Funds will reconstruct County State-Aid Highway 50 from Kenrick Avenue to Klamath Trail to address corridor mobility and safety improvements

Eligible uses include preliminary and final design, engineering, right-of-way acquisition, construction of roads (including 175th Street and Kenrick Avenue), pedestrian and bicycle facilities, public utility relocation, and stormwater management

Commissioner of management and budget authorized to sell and issue state general obligation bonds up to $10,800,000
