Mandates state and local law enforcement to hold individuals with U.S. criminal history for up to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) when federal immigration detainers are issued, regardless of bail eligibility

Appropriates an unspecified amount from the general fund in fiscal year 2026 to the Department of Employment and Economic Development for the enterprise zone program
