Appropriates $10,000,000 in fiscal year 2026 from the general fund for the public land survey system monument grant program, with the same base amount for fiscal years 2027 and 2028

Expands grant eligibility to include Tribal governments in addition to counties for funding to preserve public land survey monuments

Adds three new priority criteria for grant applicants: monuments at risk of being destroyed, lost, or obscured; low percentage of certified monument corners; or demonstration that remonumentation supports economic development

Allows up to $350,000 per fiscal year from the appropriation for program administration by the chief geospatial information officer

Effective date is July 1, 2025
