Amends Minnesota Statutes section 120B.303, subdivision 1 to clarify state graduation requirements by removing the specific reference to "students enrolled in grade 8 in the 2012-2013 school year and later"

Maintains requirements for achievement and career/college readiness in mathematics, reading, and writing, including monitoring student progress and identifying areas needing intervention or remediation

Continues requirement for age-appropriate career exploration, planning activities, and assessments to help students develop transition plans for postsecondary education or employment

Allows students with individualized education programs (IEPs) to satisfy graduation requirements through state-identified alternative assessments

Effective date is July 1, 2025
