Funds granted through the Commissioner of Employment and Economic Development to the Lake Superior Center Authority for predesign, design, construction, and renovation work

Eligible projects include preservation or replacement of mechanical, electrical, and water treatment systems; utility system upgrades; and life-safety improvements

Exterior improvements covered include the building envelope, parking areas, and grounds

One-time appropriation available until project completion or abandonment, effective the day following final enactment
