Increases the maximum appraisal reimbursement for property owners in eminent domain proceedings from $1,500 to $3,000 for single-family and two-family residential properties and minimum damage acquisitions

Increases the maximum appraisal reimbursement from $5,000 to $10,000 for all other types of property

Property owners must submit their appraisal and reimbursement information at least five days before a condemnation commissioners' hearing to receive reimbursement

Acquiring authorities must pay reimbursements within 30 days of receiving the required documentation

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 117.036, subdivision 2
