Extends public notice requirements for testing from 2 days to 5 days in advance

Requires testing to verify systems correctly mark ballots using all supported methods, including assistive technology

Adds requirement for a second test deck of ballots marked using electronic ballot markers, including electronic ballot display, audio ballot reader, and assistive voting technology

Requires detailed precinct reports by ballot style to be made available for public inspection within 24 hours of testing completion
