Reduces the deadline for county auditors and the Secretary of State to provide copies of public voter information lists from ten business days to two business days after receiving a request with payment.

Applies to requests from any registered Minnesota voter made in written or electronic form.

Maintains existing provisions requiring free public inspection of voter lists and prohibiting use of the information for purposes unrelated to elections, political activities, or law enforcement.

Takes effect the day following final enactment.
