Establishes a competitive grant program through the Commissioner of Human Services to fund supportive housing for families with children facing barriers such as homelessness, mental illness, substance use disorders, or child protection involvement

Grants $15,000 per family served to eligible nonprofit organizations and Tribal governments operating permanent supportive housing affordable to those at or below 30% of area median income

Requires geographic distribution targets of 60% of families served in the seven-county metro area, 40% outside metro, and 10% overall from Minnesota Tribal Nations

Funds trauma-informed services including child education/enrichment, career training, parenting skills, mental health referrals, life skills training, and 24/7 on-site staffing

Appropriates an unspecified amount from the general fund in fiscal year 2026 as a onetime appropriation available through June 30, 2027, with grantee reporting required by June 30, 2026
