Funds designated for design, construction, renovation, equipment, and furnishing of capital improvements at the Magnus Veterans Wellness Clinic in Dayton, Minnesota

Eligible projects include space reconfiguration and expansion, energy efficiency improvements, HVAC/plumbing/electrical system preservation or replacement, and site renovations

Appropriation is one-time and remains available until the project is completed or abandoned, subject to Minnesota Statutes section 16A.642
