Adds two new mandatory requirements for cannabis license applications: proof of social equity applicant status and an attestation that business policies comply with cannabis law chapter 342

Removes the previously optional nature of submitting social equity applicant proof, employee training descriptions, and business policy documentation—making the first and third items now required

Eliminates the requirement that corporate or association applications be signed by at least two officers or managing agents

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 342.14, subdivision 1, which governs the contents and procedures for cannabis license applications and renewals
