Allows distributors with at least 5 consecutive years of licensure under chapter 297F to sell premium cigars from movable locations

Permits on-site demonstrations of premium cigar manufacturing and cultural education at these movable locations

Exempts qualifying sellers from obtaining a separate license for the movable place of business, though all applicable taxes must still be paid

Restricts movable sales exclusively to premium cigars—no other tobacco products may be sold from these locations
