Creates the Minnesota Epilepsy Program to provide statewide support and education for people with epilepsy and seizure disorders, aimed at improving health outcomes and preventing sudden unexpected death in epilepsy

Directs the Commissioner of Health to identify priority actions, develop culturally specific strategies, and award grants to community organizations working to support people with epilepsy and their caregivers

Requires development of training programs for health care workers, educators, emergency room providers, community health workers, and emergency medical service providers on screening and referrals for seizure disorders

Establishes a data collection system to track epilepsy diagnoses, clinical outcomes, mortality rates, and related population health data in Minnesota

Appropriates unspecified amounts from the general fund in fiscal years 2026 and 2027 to fund the program
