Repeals Minnesota Statutes section 148.211, subdivision 1c, which currently requires nurse practitioners and clinical nurse specialists to complete 2,080 hours of collaborative practice with physicians or other APRNs before full licensure

Eliminates the requirement that postgraduate practice occur in a hospital or integrated clinical setting where APRNs and physicians work together

Removes the mandate for written collaborative agreements between new APRNs and supervising physicians or experienced APRNs

Effective August 1, 2025, applying to nurses currently completing postgraduate requirements and all licensure applications submitted on or after that date
