Amends Minnesota Statutes section 13.04, subdivision 4, governing procedures for individuals to contest inaccurate or incomplete government data about themselves

Allows responsible authorities to submit private data to the commissioner when responding to a data subject's appeal challenging data accuracy or completeness

Maintains the same data classification for government data submitted to the commissioner as it had when held by the originating government entity

Authorizes the commissioner to disclose private data from appeal records to the Office of Administrative Hearings

Classifies data maintained by the commissioner that has been completed, corrected, or destroyed through informal resolution or commissioner order as private data on individuals
