Repeals ethnic studies requirements for Minnesota K-12 schools, including the mandate for high schools to offer ethnic studies courses by 2026-2027 and the ethnic studies working group

Eliminates definitions and references to "antiracist," "culturally sustaining," and "institutional racism" from education statutes, and removes requirements for curriculum to address these concepts

Prohibits the Department of Education from establishing or continuing an Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Center, eliminating $2,000,000 in annual funding for that office

Reverts "Indigenous Peoples Day" back to "Columbus Day" in school calendar provisions and removes requirements for Indigenous-focused educational programming on that day

Changes school menstrual product provision from mandatory ("must") to optional ("may") for districts and charter schools, limiting availability to "female students" only
