Authorizes Minneapolis to issue on-sale intoxicating liquor licenses for anchor tenants operating in food halls at two locations: 501 30th Avenue Southeast and 800 LaSalle Avenue

Expands existing 2017 law that previously only permitted the food hall license at the 30th Avenue Southeast location

Allows licensed beverages to be served and consumed anywhere within both the anchor tenant's establishment and the larger food hall premises

Permits multiple independent food vendors to share a common seating area controlled by the liquor license holder, enabling patrons to purchase food from various vendors while consuming alcohol from the licensee

Effective upon approval by the city of Minneapolis and compliance with state requirements
